Welcome to entersubtext.com. These Terms & Conditions apply to the Subtext Studio website and services.
1. Services
Subtext Studio offers one-to-one online sessions focused on a specific situation, pattern, decision, relationship or problem.
Subtext Sessions are not therapy, counselling, psychological or medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support. They are not intended to replace professional mental-health care.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book a Subtext Session.
3. Booking & Payment
A Subtext Session is a 90-minute, one-to-one online session priced at €350 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is made at the time of booking. Your booking confirmation will contain the details of your appointment.
4. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase a session online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Information about cancellation, withdrawal and any applicable exceptions is provided during the booking process and on our Cancellation & Refunds page.
5. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please contact info@entersubtext.com as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content on entersubtext.com, including written content, visual materials and other creative work, belongs to Subtext Studio unless otherwise stated. Reuse, reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Subtext Studio provides a space for reflection, perspective and conversation. No particular outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following a session.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch law.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Subtext Studio Privacy Policy.
