RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your Subtext Session is a 90-minute one-to-one appointment reserved specifically for you.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you can choose to reschedule or request a refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, the session fee is non-refundable.

If you don't attend your scheduled session without cancelling, the session fee is also non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to change your appointment, please contact info@entersubtext.com as soon as possible.

You can reschedule your session subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session may not be eligible for rescheduling.

IF SUBTEXT STUDIO CANCELS

If I need to cancel your session, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you will be informed of that right and how to exercise it before completing your booking.
